  • A new look at your course from the sky.

If you want to have a look at your golf course from the sky download google earth. Here is a course I play.

Which car is your's in the parking lot?

I use the "ruler" to check out how far I have hit a few drives. Or to check out a course that I haven't played before to write out some notes on doglegs (distance to bend), distance to fw bunkers, distance to water hazards, length of water hazards (can I make clear it), and depth of the greens (both yards and feet).

I used GoogleEarth to find out where you course was exactly using the Latitude and Longitude notes at the bottom of your picture.

The course I play the most is Manderley on the Green at:
      Latitude: 45°10'53.78"N
      Longitude: 75°43'14.18"W

      Happy Hunting.

Yes, my daughter (she's a GIS Analyst) showed it to me recently. Of course the first thing I looked for was my local course and it didn't take long to find it. VERY interesting and the cost can't be beat.
