My ball seems to start off left of the target with a 10 yd fade with a 6 iron - trying to work on actually getting the ball to start on the line that Im aiming - am I coming over the top and out to in?

    Re: Swing analysis

You are setting up open to target, your shoulders in particular are very open. As your arms reach the top of the follow through the club is laid over to the right suggesting you are cutting across the ball, these things are encouraging a fade.

Work on getting your feet, hips and shoulders all parallel square to the target. When at address take your club and lay it across your hips then shoulders and see where it points, I think it will be way left.

Thanks Bri - I would add that Im hitting down the line of the club on the ground and not the matt so Im not as open as it may appear. Ive bitten the bullet and booked myself in for some lessons. Ive got down to 4 without a single lesson ever and I dont think Im going to get any lower without them now.
Will see what the pro says!
