      For yesterday at least you could precis my descriptive prose by saying that .

      As I typed that last post I did have one small consoling thought though; its not that long ago that I'd have gone on to rack up sixty for the nine with that start, at least this time I managed to hold it together.

          Ah, the tops were merely yesterday's symptom of an underlying problem.

          As well as playing a shot at a time I have to learn to play that shot within myself especially for a follow up or scoring shot.

          Yesterday my back swing was rushed ("subconsciously speed = distance") which means a) I lose control of the length of the swing b) My swing gets steeper, hence I suspect the tops.

          Write 100 times on the blackboard. "I must engage brain before swinging"
