I use two ... well one really. I have a Weighted club by Donnay, but other manufacturers make them too. It's just a short club with a weight on the end. It doesn't sound much but it really helps you get your lower body working rather than hitting from the waist upwards, which is the disease of most amatuers.
The second bit is where a take off the weight at the end of the club and tie a 6 feet length of ribbon to it. The ribbon drags through the air enabling me to see the swing plane more clearly.

A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.
Re: Training Aids?
I've got the Qmotions system coming in - I'll post a review when I've tried it.
