  • I need to chage all my equipment

I've got a realy old equipment and it was good for starting but now I play every week, I want to buy something better to increase my level.

thats why I kept mony to buy or make a complete serie.
I have about 300-400€ and I want someting correct to continue whith it at least 5 or 10 years.

so I searched a lot on internet and I see the marque "Fogan" with their serie 1 and 3.I wanted to know if it was a good material?
if you have something else topropose, I would be please to know it!

    thank a lot

if you've got a budget, then i would suggest you go into your local pro shop and try out a few different models (not brand specific) and see which you like the feel of best.

you can also find exceptionally good deals too. our pro shop has a Nickent deal going at the moment... well 3 of them.

    1. buy a full set of irons and get fairway woods thrown in.
    2. buy a driver and get a hybrid thrown in.
    3. buy an iron set and get a putter thrown in.

i wouldn't be in a hurry to purchase clubs, but i would keep an eye out for good deals.

depends what you need in your bag and how "into" golf you want to get.

Where are you located? There are demo days.

In Canada, we have GolfTown, Nevada Bob's, etc. where you can spend the whole day there, swinging clubs in a test cubicle. The computer shows direction and carry of ball, ball speed etc. They have all the manufacturers, top of the line and down. The GolfTown chain was based on Golf Galaxy in the US, which offer the same. The US have other chains like Edwin Watts.

I would never buy, unless I have hit balls with the equipment. I used to, and got stuck with equipment I did not like, and ended up having to replace.

As AussieBoy says, wait for sales and get good value. Don't rush into buying and settling for paying more and getting less.

good 2nd hand isn't a bad way to go either.

i actually just picked up a Nickent 4dx Tour 9* driver for AU$200..... brand new they are AU$500. who cares about a few little scratches.

        more food for thought.
