A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.

Re: Putter Length
Hi Steve,
As LowPost says, you may have to cut to length after you try it for a while. Try the putters at the store or if the store has a "loan" to "buy" policy, they will allow you to take it out (if you leave a credit card impression).
It is not only your height, but what is your stance and putting style? Look at Jack Nicklaus' hunched up stance. If you have very long arms, in proportion to your legs and torso lengths, and if you putt with the arms extended like Pooley or Andy North, who are quite tall, you may only need a 33". You've seen Dave Pelz, and his putter length appears to be 33". Ken Green who is about 5'10" used a 16" putter (very bent over). Cristie Kerr, an excellent putter has her hands high and the elbows very bent, and an upright stance, so her putter may be closer to 35"?

How long is Pelz's putter here, and I've seen him with shorter ones. Look at Pelz's best known student Mickelson, he's 6' or so.

Tiger is about 6' and he uses 34".
I'm 5''9" and I cut my blade to around 33". The head was always quite heavy, so it could tolerate the shortening and it still had good swingweight. This is a consideration.
