Has anyone tried the four Pelz wedges? His short game bible is outstanding and these wedges seem to fit his philosophy from the grips to the shaft sizes to the club faces. I have read some very favorable reviews. I hear a lot about getting custom fit. With that in mind, would it not be wise to purchase these wedges?

I was not aware he sold wedges. His 4 wedge system is a method of playing each of the 4 wedges from 4 swing positions. This gives you 16 different set hitting distances with wedges.
EDIT:
I have looked up Pelz Wedges on the net and it seems that they are a set of Bobby Jones wedges in a black nickle finish. Seems like a marketing gimmick to me, Pelz probably had nothing to do with this wedge design and neither did Bobby Jones, he has been gone a long time now.

Never heard of the Pelz wedges either but Brian put up a very accurate description of the method Pelz teaches to deal with short yardage.Comment
