    I would E-mail Callaway again giving them this web site and make it clear that if they do not replace them then everyone who visits this site will see how bad they are............

    And that not including the "word of mouth spreading"....we have 15,824 members at this site + guests....it wouldn't take long to spread the word in several countries.

        Alright, Just got off the phone. They are offering to refinish the irons (free shipping, etc.)

        Good.

        7-10 Days without irons.. bad.

          I've had sports companies tell me they'd refinish a product then they just sent me a new item. Perhaps you'll get a new set; no skin off their nose and they'd probably have a customer for life.

            I thought of that so I wrote down the serial number off of my 8 iron to see if they sent back the same ones.


            And yes, they have had a customer for life for a while now... I have played X-12, X-14, Big Bertha Drivers & Woods, Hawkeye VFT PS Driver & Woods, ERC fusion, and more. They have been in my bag for a while now. The only thing I'm not playing from callaway in my bag right now is my putter.
