I've got Rifle 5.5s on my irons and have no complaints whatsoever. Have you tried irons with graphite shafts before? They play very differently from steel and personally I don't like the feel of them (or lack of). The only advice I can give is to try the same set of irons with steel and graphite and see what you think.

Given you swing speed I'm wondering whether a 6.0 is a bit high but I'm no expert on this. I'm sure Graham will help out if he reads this.

With your swing speed, stick with regular flex shafts. Other than that, Rifle shafts (graphite and steel) are excellent!

Royal Precision shafts are great shafts, yes indeed. Quality is excellent, well engineered and manufactured. Top technology too ... They're right up there with the best in the game.

I know the 75 rifle shafts and yes and no to your question...

1. 75grams is a good weight for a graphite shaft for an iron. A steel rifle 6 are around 120-130g, so they are much lighter. You might or might not like that.
2. They're stiff so they remain controllable but not nearly as stiff or a 5 or 6 steel rifle, probably in the same league a 4 rifle (normal stiff).
3. Depending on how they're tipped, you might find that the generate a higher launch angle as graphite normally does.
4. Torque (twisting) in graphite shafts is part of the 'deal'. Graphite generates a substantial amount or torque (normally around 3 degrees in irons) which can lead to slight variations on the club face angle. You have that to contend with.
5. Graphite shafts absorb a lot of the impact vibration so the shots feel much softer than steel and even more so that steel rifle shafts. Compund that again by comparing them to rifle 5 or 6 and you're just about on opposite ends of the scale.

So, where are you now? Decide on whether you really want a lighter club first of all. If so, consider graphite and if you take it further you may need to go to XS in graphite to get the same 'stiffness' as a rile 5 or 6 steel.

Try them, fit it in a 5 iron and wack it and see ...

Go for a set of True Temper TX-90 shafts on your irons DD. They are about 90g when trimmed. Your swing speed is pretty good and I think you would have trouble finding a graphite shaft for irons that you would be comfortable with accuracy wise.
