Hi Greg,
Im sure that you are well familiar with the Tommy Armour clubs, well i am a keen golfer living in the uk and i recently purchased on the web a set of Tommy Armour Evo 31 complete with the wedge set, great clubs at a great price but as i have just found out they had a poor shaft (made in china) fitted which wasted the potential of the great head. Ive recently had them reshafted with precision rifle shafts (made in the us) they are 1 1/4 inch longer than the old shaft (im 6ft 2inch tall) and they are now a truly great club. If there was any advice i would give to all golfers is have your shafts checked by your pga pro and make sure that they are the best quality, of the correct length, the correct flex and make sure the lie angle swing weight etc are correct for you personally no 2 individuals swing the club the same why should their equipment be the same, my hcp is now tumbling into single figures. thanks.
