You might consider a re-shaft of your driver with a mid to high kick point. This will bring the ball flight down. I recently tried a 12 degree Cobra driver at a demo with a high kick point and it flew lower than my 10 degree Calaway Fusion.

PCS Class 'A' Clubfitter
A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.
Re: Time for a new driver
Your swingspeed and angle of attack will dictate how much loft you need.
If you have a mid to late release, reshafting with a stiff tip or high kick shaft will help.
Average 200 yards off the tee tells me you either have a bad swing (ie inefficient) or that you have a slow swingspeed. If the latter is true, you may need more loft, not less.
