I'm working really hard on my allignment at the moment.
This is what I do: I step behind the ball and choose my line of target. I then place something (Usually a leaf) on this line about 2 yards from the ball so I can check I'm square to the target line. I am finding it very helpfull but is it against the rules ??
Often there is something on my target line; a leaf or muddy patch so I don't have to do a thing but other times I have to move the object a few inches to make sure it's on the correct line.
Anybody ??
