The navigation bar at the top of the site has been cleaned up and now sports the "Latest" Link (next to Home). Click on this and you will get the latest activity stream on GTO showing all recent activity (posts from forums, groups, blogs etc).
You can filter the latest activity on the website via the the "Filter" toggle as seen in the screenshot below.
