    Back to hitting the Ball

    Hi all, After giving up on golf about 5 years ago because of a hand injury I'm excited to give it a try again. Going to stick to 9 hole rounds to see how my hand reacts but very excited about getting out there and hitting the ball.

    i know how you feel i had to give it up for 3 years now been back playing about 18 months, just don't try and do to much to soon, if you feel pain give it a rest for a week.
