I'm a golfer in TN. I am currently trying to get a golf handicap. Anyone know how you can get one without joining a country club?

I thought there was an online handicapping service at usga.org

Otherwise, there's the GameTrack online handicap system - not an official USGA handicap, but awful close. It would certainly put you in the right ballpark - maybe even somewhere in the infield.
