Recently retired, relocated to Florida and now living in a golf course community and loving it. I thought it would be easier to hit a ball that was standing still. GEEZ! There's no defense, no one is trying to stop you from hitting it. I think it's easier to hit a 80 mph curve ball. The bad news is that when I first moved here two years ago I got to thinking I would never break 100. Well, I shot a 82 the other day. It sure is more fun when you hit the ball well. I took two lessons and took 8 strokes off my handicap.
