    Hi everybody
Found my way here after doing a search on lidl's utility club that i just bought for £14.99.
    It's a 19*, and looks o k , but i'm a beginner so what do i know.?
My main problem with my game is that i keep lifting on the back swing and end up topping the ball. It's not just my head but my whole body- my legs straighten too. Sometimes i over compensate and take a huge divot-that hurts. I know it's due to relaxation, but it's not easy. any help?

Concentrate on a half swing keeping your head still and rotating your shoulders. If you are just a beginner the best advice I would have is take a professional lesson, these guys are trained to pass on specific advice and tuition. We are not all the same, no matter what we think

      Hi there and welcome,

I agree with Scott here, you need a lesson and get some basics setting down first, set-up alinement etc.

Just remember the ball weighs about as much as a sparrow, it doesn't take a lot of effort to hit it.

I see guys at the range who look like they are swinging a sledge hammer at a rock.

      Enjoy the game.

      Ian.
