Hello everyone,
I'm a new member and am happy to have found an active online forum. I played golf when I was young living in Australia, learning to swing more or less correctly but played only sporadically.
Now I am in France and I find myself stung by the golf bee as I approach forty and over the past couple of years have been hitting the practice greens and driving ranges pretty hard to try to give myself a shot at that one blinding round I can tell my grand children about when I am old. I'm going around breaking eighty on a decent day and continue to work hard (mostly on my short game).
I'll try to add something useful in here from time to time an take advantage of all the great advice.
