I recently purchase the Golfs MVP Red Heat product. I was advised it fits left and right handers. The cut-out hole for the elbow would position the unit on the side of my arm and not on top when lined up with my elbow. The after sales service was very poor. Several emails and an international telephone call could not advise if the product I had was not made correctly. No one could get a ruler and measure the distance from the cut-out hole to the side seams. I was advised the elbow cut-out hole is centered between the two seams. mine is not. I finally returned the unit for replacement. (at my expense)
Just received the replacement, and it is identical to the unit I returned.

If someone has this product, could they please advise if the cut-out hole for the elbow is approx 1 inch round and is positioned 3/4 inch from one seam and 2 3/4 inches from the other.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
