Never too old - or are you?

Hi,

I started playing at Christmas (2008) because both my sons play, and all my fishing ponds were frozen over. After 4 months my score is down from the 120s to the 90s, but I still have major problems with thinning/thicking the ball off the fairway. Hoping to find some tips to fix this.
