Hello All,
I have been golfing for about 8 years now. Just last week, I applied for a GHIN so that I could enter a tournament and well... I paid my $55 and entered the Open at a local club here in Omaha. I would have liked to have done better. I shot a 103 on day one and a 100 on day two.
I normally shoot in the high 80's/low 90's. Good news is that I put my 5 buck in on the two days of the event for the side Skins play. I won two skins and got back $50. All was not lost.
My tee shots were all over the place except for the fairway. I hit a total of 7 fairways the entire weekend. That seems to be the standard for me lately. I joined this forum to get a few tips on how to improve my game specifically with the driver and other tee shots. I am slicing everything pretty bad. When I try to compensate I hook it pretty badly. I look forward to the information I can get from this site. Thanks in advance.
