    Beginner from Portland Oregon but travel frequently to Asia

    Hello Everyone,
    I am a new member to the game of golf. I don't even know how to calculate my handicap, I just love the game and just play it. I practice a lot, but probably do no swing the right way, I can hit with my #1 Driver to about 150 to 175 and fairly straight. But pretty much stuck there now. Any help would be welcome fromy you old pros.

    Just keep on playing, keep on practising and more important keep enjoying the game. If you can afford it maybe you could consider a set of starter lessons from a professional at your local golf course.

      Thanks Brian, already doing practice up to 3 or 4 times a week, and did have starter lessons a while back, probably ready for some private lessons. Jack.
