    Re: hello everyone

Quick question! concise! I like it!

Concise answer? Improved leg work. Get those legs and hips working from the top to lead the upper half down. Upper half turning hard first = outside in = pull if clubface is closed to the target or slice if clubface is square to or open to target.

    Hope that helps.

How far left is it going? Where is the ball in your stance? How are you taking aim?
You said it is going straight left....are you getting good distance while just being off target? If so, it could be something as simple as ball placement or improper aim. I used to go left until I had a scratch player take a look at my alignment during setup and my stance was causing me to aim left.
You might try taking a look at your target line, then picking an object directly in line with your target that is a few feet in front of you and aiming at that instead of a distant target. Might improve that for you.

            Re: hello everyone

Are you hitting a hook or is it going straight but to the left? If you're hitting a hook, your club face is closed at impact and may be adjusted by simply opening the club face up a little at setup. You can do this by adjusting your grip a little. You can also do your original setup, then, keeping the club in the same place, move your back foot forward 4-6 inches. This will force you to swing outside in and may also help.
If, on the other hand, the ball is going straight but to the left, you may have to adjust your ball placement. Try moving the ball back a little in your stance to see if that helps.

The best thing to do would be get a video of your swing and post it here so we can see what you're doing. Much easier to correct that way as we're pretty much just shooting in the dark giving advice with very little information.

              Re: hello everyone

You may be swinging out to in with a square clubface, this will create a pull, or your arms may be outracing your body turn.

This video addresses a push but the drill is good for a pull also.
