Welcome to GTO!

Generally speaking, there's about one club difference from 40 degrees to 80 degrees.

In other words, where you'd hit 7 iron in the 40's, you'd hit 8 iron in the 80's.

The other thing that happens is the ball compresses less when it's cold, so it spins less. Moving to a higher-spin ball will help hold greens.
