Morning all,
My first post to this forum, I'm a retired mature age golfer (read old guy) from South Australia.
My handicap is 29, however I feel I can improve on this, my longer game, drives and fairway woods are not too bad, where I fall apart is around the green, chipping can be a nightmare with thick and thin shots all too common and selecting the right club for pitch shots is equally difficult with my efforts coming up woefully short or finishing over the back of the green.
I know, lessons and practice, on the to do do list, just have to get round to doing it.
Btw I do enjoy my golf, would enjoy it even more if I could only take a few more shots off my score card.
Cheers,
JW.
