Hi. I accidentally hit my golf trolley with my club on my backswing today. Is it a two stroke penalty? and where can I find it in the rules?

To answer your question: I know it is a 1 stroke penalty if your golf ball hits your own golf bag during a round. I couldn't find any information online that talks about when you actually hit your own golf bag with your golf club on your backswing.
There's some very knowledgeable members on this forum so I am sure at least one of them will know the answer.
