Hi, I took up golf properly in November after playing occasionally in my teenage years and maybe half a dozen times in the 30-odd years since then. The addiction set in immediately!
I've taken lessons from my club pro and from a couple of pros at my local driving range, where I have been almost a daily visitor. My best investment however, has been the 'Perfect Connection' series of videos which I bought for the price of one lesson from my pro. They've really made a difference and I am now consistently playing an average of one over par for each hole I play. I haven't got an official handicap yet as it has been difficult to play too many full rounds over the winter months, but I want to start off sub-18.
Hopefully joining here will help in my quest to get down to single figures before the year is out.
