Yesterday ev ening I signed in to golf tuition, having discovered it by default, it appears it will be quite an interesting activity to be involved with. The default came about as I was wondering if it would be a worthwhile expenditure to have a "medicus" club? from what I gleaned of a few comments made, I don't think it is for me.
I'm an old guy that has played "golf'ball" for many years, a true hacker. It can be said that time with the game doesn't necessarily mean playing well. But as I see Nicklaus and Palmer as thery get older I'll not complain, as I enjoy playing regardless of a score. While there have been times when nothing goes well, more times if I use my "head" I can hit satisfacrorily, if not always the right spot or distance.
This January, received a set of new Hogan BH5 irons, went to a driving range on a 55deg-F. day and was pleasantly pleased with the first club I hit, somewhat disappointed when I returned a 6-iron back to the bag, when I though I was using a nine.
Looking forward to participate with G-T-OL rabohn
