  • Stretching/Flexibility

    Flexibility has never come easy for me; I do lift weights and run. I stretch daily but I want to get more flexible than I am. I do the basics very well ie: hamstrings, hip flexers; I can palm the ground easily. It's hard for me to get a full shoulder turn--any good articles or suggestions?
