Hi All,
quick bio: 58 years old-been playing the game since 1984. Love and honor golf. Have always been a 105-115 player; a couple of lessons over the years. Retired from the police dept in Dec 2004. Time for more golf.
For no explainable reason, this year the wheels came off--- a real trainwreck off the tee. Short game OK.
Golfing buddies advice has not helped, but the best I can figure out is that I am casting. Swinging way over-the-top. (Some tee shots going almost 90 degrees from the shot line). Tried to slow down, taking a 3/4 swing. No help.
I love the game so much that this problem is starting to get to me.
Might need to take lessons, but the retirement check may not take the strain.
Anybody out there can help a 'happy hacker'?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
