Can you tell me how a faway with a dogleg is measured?

It's measured from the tee box, through the middle of the fairway, to the middle of the green.

In other words:

A hole that is posted at 300 yards, with a 90° dogleg at the 150 yard mark is ~212 yards from tee to green as the crow flies.
