Any suggestions on the best way to find people to play golf with locally? I'd like to hook up with three other working women, to play golf on a weekly basis, but am having a tough time finding people.

Following Aftford's advice is one way. You may also consider socialising at your club a bit more, attending fund raisers & other social events or even serving on a committee if you have time. Widening your circle of friends will expose you to more potential golf buddies. There may be others like yourself wishing for a golfing partner, but too shy to ask!
