    Hi evryone,
    I am in South Afica and just getting back to golf after laying off for about 25 years.
    Got myself bew clubs and tring to play as often as possible so as to get back to single figures as before.
    Obviously not as young as I used to be, I would ask if anyone out there is in a similar situation, what excersises would be best to assist with the movements required in golf.
    I look forward to this site which I think is a great idea.

    Hi Paul,

    If you have played off single figures, I dont see much of a problem getting back in shape. I dont think you loose the basics no matter how long you have been away from the game. I would think that if you start by just swinging a club it should give you back your rhythm and tempo. After this, the rest should come fairly soon. why not go to the range and see what happens? Would be interested to know if any of my suggestions work!
