    Hello everyone,
    My name's Julian and i'm glad to say i'm back on the golf coarse after major back surgery last year, so i'm sure this site will help with my progression.

    What type of surgery did u have?

    My 24 yr old son (good golfer) had back surgery 2 wks ago. Anyone else had similar surgery. Disc replacement?

      i am back after 14 months away from golf after damage to my my lower back, did not think i'd golf again or even work, glad to say i'm back doing both. not the player i was but getting more enjoyment out of playing now.
      best of luck with your return and take it slow.
      remember its a fun game.
