Hi,
This is my first post on the forum but I have been reading a lot of threads here recently, and this certainly seems to be an excellent, informative forum, and I intend on submitting a few videos of my swing very soon for your expert opinions.
I was playing last monday and the conditions were pretty damp as it had rained earlier in the day, which made it a lot easier to attack the pins as the greens were very soft.
Anyway, I was playing in trainers rather than proper golf shoes and on one tee shot my right foot slipped as I connected with the ball and I felt something 'tweak' in my upper back area, which was pretty painful. Anyway I carried on playing as the pain died down pretty quickly, but for the past week I have had a lot of pain on the right side around the shoulder blades.
Do you gus have any suggestions as to what I might have done and what I can do to 'fix' it, as I'm very keen to get out on the course as soon as possible whilst I have some free time.
If it helps I'm about 6'5" and shoot in the low 90s, and can hit my drives roughly 270 - 300 yards and perhaps a little further if I really connect.
Thanks for your help,
Chris
