It works really well with irons off a blue castle tee as well, I hit all our par threes with a nice little draw his morning.
I'm amazed that I've never come across this before anywhere in all the hundreds of golf books I've read and just stumbled on it by accident.
I have fought against an over the top move all my 22 years of golfing and I absolutely cannot draw a golf ball, but this simple set up variation achieves it.
I don't think you can do it off the ground though as you'll bottom out behind it and hit it fat, but I havent actually tried it off the fairway . . .
