From your thread it appears to me like you are taking the club back on the inside and then across the line at the top.
There is a good drill for this but it will take a lot of work because it is opposite to what you are doing.....
Take your normal set-up, if you were looking in a mirror the ball and club should be about 6 O'clock. Take the club back to 8 O'clock, the face should be slightly closed and when you look down the right thumb and forefinger should be on top of the club. Now simply bend your wrists and point the club to the sky without turning. Once in this position turn your shoulders and you should be on a perfect plane, it is difficult to overswing if you hands are correct at 8'Oclock.
Once you have done this drill a few times (every spare minute for a week) then try to put the turning and wrist break together.
The bench drill is to help make you understand that the swing does not go around the body but more of a turn and lift.
P.s drop the Prov1x,this is for very hard hitters of the ball the Prov1 suit us mere mortals better
