You might find that your lower body isn't swaying but going faster now that we've worked on your stance and knee flex.
We might need to work on getting your chest turning thru the ball a bit quicker now again.
With a good knee flex, especially with the pressure on your thighs on the downswing it is very difficult to slide the hips. It goes against the natural workings of the muscles.
