Re: To much leg movement and hip movement

    Ricky,

You might find that your lower body isn't swaying but going faster now that we've worked on your stance and knee flex. We might need to work on getting your chest turning thru the ball a bit quicker now again.

With a good knee flex, especially with the pressure on your thighs on the downswing it is very difficult to slide the hips. It goes against the natural workings of the muscles.

try doing a swing where your right toe is pointing inwards. this will not allow your hips to sway.

Place a ball underneath the outside edge of your right foot. As you take your backswing feel the weight go on the inside of your right foot as it is almost impossible to transfer it onto the outside. Take a couple of patice swings without the ball first just to get a feel for it.

Look at the back of the ball when you hit the ball and keep looking as long as possible though the follow through untill the shoulders naturaly bring the head up. I find that this keeps mw from swaying to much.

Give this a try and let me know how you got on.
