I'v come with a new practice regime for myself and I was just wondering what everyone thinks of it!!
visit my pro once a month to work on swing
Driving range once a week working on what Iv being going over with the pro (1 hour)
short game practice area once a week working on a couple aspects of my short game thats giving me problems (1 hour)
practice putting green once a week doing putting drills (1 hour)
on the course twice a week
once university is finished for summer Im aiming to increase it to
2 driving range sessions a week
2 short game sessions a week
2 putting sessions a week
3 rounds a week (at least)
3 workout sessions a week working on fast reps of 3 x 10 with lots of stretching
what does everyone think
can anyone see any changes to make
