I seem to get a lot more power with very little effort. This is what i will work on hard and when i can get consistant i will post another vid.
You are exactly on the right lines here EC. If you can learn weight transfer on the downswing you will be nearly there. The backswing looks fine to me, maybe a slight lift but on mostly plane at the top. However you swing/hit at the ball from the top with no move on to your left side. Thus you come OTT and my guess is you hit a lot of pulls (since you have good extension and a good finish).

I metioned something similar to Simon in the Outside In thread with a few drills to try and get the feeling. Downswing sequence should be transfer weight->swing club- all done of course with loose wrists and minimal tension in the arms

If you're read some of my posts in the other threads, I'm also trying to use less arms/hands in my swing. I just posted a new feeling, which is the hips are rotating first in the downswing, and with that the arms no longer feel like they are going forward to hit the ball, but rather going downwards and therefore letting the hips generate the forward momentum.

If you just look at a snapshot of yourself at address and at the top, you would see that your head has came up somewhat. I believe this is related to the spine angle, and right knee flex. All 3 issues should be resolvable at the same time. For me, learning to do this has resulted in a lot of fat shots (hitting ground way before the ball). Hopefully some of the better players here can give some advice on that?

      Cheers!
could just be too much angle between left arm and club, put it on video or pictures simon. what you describe happening to you is typical of someone learning how to fix their spine angle. When you fix one problem you create another issue that need to be addressed. But in the end you will progress
