Re: Square shoulders at address
Gark. I find your first bullet "tee the ball high" to be of interest. I got teamed with this skinny, elderly, black gentleman a couple of weeks back and I was aghast at how high he tee'd the ball up. He used one of those very long tees marked in green that is made for drivers 400cc and up. His ball must have been teed a good 2 3/4 to 3" off the ground. Measure it, that is pretty high. I have played with a lot of good to very good players in the short time I have been at the game and I have never seen anyone hit the ball as long, hard and straight as this guy. I went from being aghast to being amazed at how he did this consistently, 100% of the time, long and straight with every drive.
I have yet to try it - haven't gotten to the driving range lately - but am giving it some thought.
