My last post was about my problem with wrolling the wrists on the take away in order to get the club face up,golfbald gave me a suggestion which worked wonders for the first round.
Since then I have played 3 more disaster rounds and I am back to my cycle of being unsure and confidence low this has been ongoing for 1 year.
Can anyone please help with more of an explanation to what thoughts or what body mechanics happens on the take away.
A freind suggested whom plays off 7 that I keep the club face facing the ball for as long as possible before the wrist break.
Another said dont think about the wrist break it happens natural.
Either way I am struggling to have any sort of game and just wish i could clear my mind but it is imposible for me to do this under the circumstances due to the all different kind of bad results I am getting.
When I practice my shots are great after 10 mins but even with some practice and start my round it all goes wrong,I am certain it is my backsing at fault unless I am unknowingly throwing the club from the top.P.s my driving is fine which only adds to my frustrations.

feeling my weight shifting and especially lifting my right heel on the downswing.
