one of the biggest problems i see with your swing is your knee coming together your knees are almost 90 degrees from target line at top of swing, hips are at almost 90 and shoulders are way past 90 none of thats any good for a golf swing,you have no tension built up in your waist, chest or upper legs, try swinging as if your feet are nailed to the floor, also place a ball between your knees and not let it fall out, you need to use the muscles of the upper legs and the waist, your just letting knee colapse and turning on your ankle and lower leg, theres no power to be made there. that should help with your hip slide also. hope it helps
