Glad to see you back on here and that you are better.
I had the same problem when I was starting out of overgriping and this was psychological as my mind was thinking I might be lossing the club. My pro told me to focus my mind by swinging an open tube of toothpaste which sounded totally stupid too me but it did work.
It might be a that your over gripping due to your sub concious mind trying to protect your wrist from injury again. I say this because it is a natural instinct that a tighter grib will cause a limited natural wrist movement.
But dont do what I did the first time and swing the toothpaste with the lid to the floor as on the down swing some to the toothpaste went all over my wooden floor. Open the lid so it faces you and not the ground.
