ok, one thing at a time and lets see if I get this P.A. Been thinking of it while doing house chores
if I am spining to throw a frisbee when I start there is little CF, now when I get close to relase points if my shoulder and my body center actally fall away from the target druing release, this will add to the C.F. which will snap my left arm away from my body ven more and that will be P.A. If I was going grab my nephew by the ankles and spin him around and then release his so he flies in the pool, right before release I would fall slightly away from his target direction. Do those two work?
as far as body coil, what body coil? I turn shoulders 65 or so degrees on backswing, looks more due to adduction and abduction, right foot is open a little so there is only 20* max seperation between hips and shoulder, then on follow through, with driver, the club stays well awy from my shoulders there is no wrap arouind or recioll, because, well, there was not much coil to begin with
