I would like some suggestions from you guys that are qualified to help me. I am stuck at six and it's not my short game or putting. I have the most difficult time hitting solid iron shots. All my clubs are custom fit to me and I have had all the shafts pured so I should be without excuse right???
Here's the scenario, I crush the driver and 3 wood, but rarely hit solid iron shots. I tried stack and tilt for a couple of months and it was great at first, but I lost so much distance with the driver, 3 wood and hybrid, that I switched back to turning onto my right side and really getting behind the ball. The problem is, the shorter the club, (specialty wedges not included 50,56,60) the more trouble I have. I do not slice or hook the ball much, my misses are usually short of the green or airmail. I really want to consistently hit crisp iron shots that I feel maybe once per round of golf. I need to know how to keep my hands completely out of the swing as far as my brain is concerned.
Thanks for any suggestions,
D J B Z
