Recently had a dip in form. Seem to have lost the (for the most part) free-flowing effortless swing I had a couple of weeks ago. I have been through this before and have a plan of sorts to hit the range and "let go". By this I mean that I am somehow getting in my own way through swing thoughts or negative thoughts during the swing. I also tend to work on checking things like my grip, alignment, stance and ball position have not changed from when I was free-flowing.
In a nutshell I just need to get my confidence in my swing back and I will be back to hitting fairways and gunning for sub 90 (the promised land for me).
Any of you lose your swing lately? And what did you do to get back on track? I am just curious to see what it was that helped you as perhaps it may help me.
Cheers
