Usually when shots are going straight right (rather than a slice) it is a lack of release. The release is done with the left forearm (for right handed golfers) rotating through impact with the left elbow always pointing at the left hip through the ball. This allows the clubface to "square" and prevent that straight shot to the right.

Phil Ritson was my instructor for years, he is I believe an associate of Mel Sole's from years ago.
I credit Phil with some of the finest instruction I have ever had; following his teachings, I dropped my handicap from 14 to 2, competed in many national events and at age 65, still maintain a low single digit handicap.

I've had the Ritson-Sole site bookmarked for years and think its a great resource in all areas of the game. If anyone doesn't know it then, as Brian says, I'd recommend you have a look.

Eventually got to the range. Worked on a few things already mentioned here. Did the competition yesterday and drove great. Ended with a net 4 under and was 3rd in the comp. I can't actually decide what suggestion sorted it or whether it was a combination. Anyway thanks to all, it was awesome.
