Hi Folks,
I am considering taking a week's vacation in Scotland with my wife sometime this November. My guess is that the courses will not be so busy at that time and that the greens' fees will be somewhat lower than during the peak season. My wife doesn't play golf, but I would like to play a few rounds at some of the better known courses, so my plan would be to just show up as a single and see if I can get out onto the course that way. Does anybody have any idea of what sort of money we are talking about here? I have tried to find out myself online, but I just keep running across all-inclusive full-time golf outing packages, which is not what I am looking for. If anyone has any good info on this, I would appreciate it if you would share it with me. Thanks.
